Apostille of a Power of Attorney
A power of attorney authorizes another person to act on your behalf for specified legal, financial, or personal matters.
Powers of attorney are commonly apostilled for use abroad in matters involving property, banking, business transactions, inheritance, legal proceedings, and other international affairs.
We review the notarization, issuing state, and destination requirements before processing to determine the correct authentication steps.
