Clients must confirm that:

The document is acceptable for its intended use (including for embassies, consulates, or foreign authorities)
They are aware of and comply with any time limitations, expiration dates, or validity requirements imposed by the receiving entity
Global Apostille Group is not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable documents provided by the client.
Apostille and Processing Times
All processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the issuing authority, government agency, or third party involved.
Fees and Payments
All fees will be disclosed prior to service
Payments must be made as agreed before or upon completion of services
Prices may vary depending on document type, urgency, and complexity
Cancellations and Refunds
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Translations
All translations are completed based on the document provided by the client. Clients are responsible for reviewing translated documents prior to use.
Global Apostille Group is not responsible for errors resulting from unclear, incomplete, or incorrect source material.
Limitation of Liability
Global Apostille Group is not liable for:
Delays caused by government agencies, couriers, or third parties
Rejection of documents due to client-provided information or document type
Loss or damage caused by external services, including shipping carriers
Outcomes related to apostille, legalization, or document acceptance abroad
Communication
By using our services, you consent to communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. We strive to respond within the same business day.
